‘The Umbrella Academy: Season 2’ is a quirky, emotional ride from start to finish

Season 2 of The Umbrella Academy offers a perfect blend of emotional honesty and quirky fun. This new season continues to establish the unique identity of Umbrella Academy as a show, and while the focus on individual characters takes away from some of the dysfunctional family dynamic, the exploration of trauma mixed with goofy superhero action is certainly worth the watch.

Best rom-coms to stream this Valentine’s day

Once again, Valentine’s Day is coming around, and whether that excites you, terrifies you, or makes you want to hit something, there is no denying that Valentine’s Day is the perfect day to watch a romantic comedy. Unfortunately, the quality of films in this genre is incredibly hit-or-miss, and it can take hours of scrolling through Hulu or Netflix to find one that even sounds halfway decent. As much as I loved the first season of The End of the F***ing World, I can honestly say that I 100% did not want a second season, and now that I’ve heard the announcement that it is coming, whether I like it or not, I have some doubts.
