Attend this informative session to better understand the world of professional networking. This one-day event on Thursday, August 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., will equip each member with the tools necessary to make lasting connections in their professional life – now and going forward. Prepping Your Fall Course with a Canvas Template
Having trouble creating your Canvas course? Too busy to figure it out on your own? This faculty-focused session was made with you in mind. Starting August 1 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., join the Division of Online and Strategic Learning in this 30-minute lightning workshop to learn about the fundamentals of building your Canvas course. At the end of this workshop you will be able to access the Canvas course templates, determine which template you’d like to use, identify core elements of the Canvas Course Template, and begin modifying the templated content to fit your needs.

Action Required for Fall 2025 Semester: Adobe Software Access at Ball State
Access to Adobe will be a different process for those who chose to use the program. Before this upcoming Fall, any faculty, staff, or student who chooses to use the Adobe software will need to submit an online request form.
