Ball State (27-16, 21-6 MAC) used an extra inning in Sunday’s game to even the four-game series with Toledo (22-19. 12-13 MAC) over the weekend.

Different organizations come together to compete in racing beds as a Homecoming tradition, Friday, April 30. Due to COVID-19, Homecoming was moved to the spring semester, instead of its normal place in the Fall Semester.
An annual Homecoming event at Ball State broke away from tradition Friday afternoon. The Bed Races, which have traditionally been held on Riverside Avenue, were instead held at the University Track at Briner Sports Complex to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
Air Jam is a tradition every Homecoming, but with a spring homecoming this year, there's some changes to how it's being done.

More than 3 million students are expected to earn degrees from colleges and universities this spring, according to the National Center for Education Statistics. Those students will enter the job market as the nation continues to recover from the COVID-induced recession, which the National Bureau of Economic Research states began in February 2020. However, new and recent college graduates may be in a better position than other candidates seeking new careers.
Diceman and Simmons grew up in Ontario, Canada, and the two briefly played together on the Toronto Blizzard, their club team, in 2017 before coming to Ball State. Both Diceman and Simmons have always been in love with soccer and had aspirations of playing in the United States.
When Cheryl LeBlanc was 9 years old, she came across a Lady Slipper orchid in her backyard. Right before her eyes, this orchid sparked a life-long passion for nature she would later incorporate in both her personal and work life.
All of them — pitcher Alyssa Rothwell, infielder/outfielder Gabby Magnifico, outfielder Haley Dominique, infielder Janae Hogg and outfielder Kennedy Wynn — were thankful to have the opportunity to play one final season in the cardinal and white.
