The business delivers its products until 3 a.m. Insomnia Cookies already serves the Purdue University and Broad Ripple areas in West Lafayette and Indianapolis.
Online ordering and pick up will be available in the store at 1622 University Ave.
There are also fundraising options available for organizations.
