Ball State came in first place at the Tennessee Collegiate Classic after three Cardinals recorded perfect scores.
The Blackhawks started the game by hitting their first five 3-pointer attempts. They quickly jumped out to a 15-5 lead and led the rest of the game. At the end of the 1st quarter, they led 20-9. They also led 48-22 at halftime.
In doubles play, the Cardinals had a rocky start, conceding a point to Butler from two of three doubles teams.
