The Ball State men’s tennis team competed in the University of Texas Invitational over the weekend.

Despite having multiple players reach the finals in their respective groups, Ball State failed to have any overall winners to end its fall season in Florida.

Women’s Swimming

The Ball State women’s swimming and diving team continued its hot start to the season with its second straight win over a MAC opponent.

In the Mid-American Conference preseason poll released Tuesday, the Ball State men’s basketball team was picked to finish fourth in West Division standings.

Men’s Basketball did stuff

High expectations revolved around the senior tandem of Jarrod Jones and Randy Davis last season, but with eight new faces on this season’s roster, the Ball State basketball team’s outlook is a little more uncertain.

Football wins

Having a few extra days of practice could not come at a better time for Ball State. In the team’s first nine games, eight of them have been on consecutive Saturdays.

On a weekly basis, Ball State has prided itself in moving on from one game to the next. Whether it’s an emotional win or a tough loss, by the first practice on Tuesday the previous game is a thing of the past.
