The 173rd Delaware County Fair is in full swing, bringing a week of rides, food, and hometown tradition to the Delaware County Fairgrounds. From July 13 to July 19, crowds are turning out for everything from tractor pulls to 4-H showcases, while the midway buzzes with lights, music, and the smell of funnel cakes.
