LET ME TRY: Curiosity can lead you to some unique experiences

It is in my nature never to quit. I am an athlete at heart, with a competitive streak that makes my brother and sister hesitate to play a game of Monopoly with me. So naturally, as I returned for my second week of wheelchair basketball and attached the wheels to the shiny red seat of the #15 chair, I was determined to improve my performance.

Students contemplate voting in upcoming elections

As state elections approach, some students are debating whether or not to vote on Nov. 4 despite the impact resulting policies could have on them.Out of 15 Ball State students asked, only five said they were planning to vote this year. Indiana had the second-lowest voter turn out in 2010 for the 18-29 age group in the country, according to civicyouth.org.
