AK’s OpinioNation: Netflix’s ‘Making A Murder’ Has Taken Over It would be a serious surprise if you haven’t already watched Netflix’s ‘Making A Murder’ documentary series or at least seen some sort of post or article about the show and Steven Avery’s case considering the fact that this series has completely consumed the pop culture conversation.

Four Ball State baseball players named in top 300 prospects

Four Cardinal baseball players — all juniors — have been named top 300 prospects by D1baseball.com. Right-handed pitcher Zach Plesac was the highest-ranked Cardinal at No. 133, right fielder Alex Call was ranked 199th, shortstop Alex Maloney was 242nd and catcher Jarett Rindfleisch was No. 254.



European professor to visit Ball State

Ben Highmore, a professor of cultural studies at the University of Sussex in Brighton, England, will be traveling from the United Kingdom to visit students and publicly present research at Ball State on Feb. 1.
