Previewing Ball State's Mid-American Conference quarterfinal opponents

With the first round of the Mid-American Conference Tournament in the books, the brackets for both the men's and women's tournaments have been set. In the women's bracket, No. 2 Ball State Women's Basketball will face No. 7 Eastern Michigan. In the men's bracket, No. 3 Ball State Men's Basketball will face No. 6 Kent State.

The Grand Princess cruise ship, Tuesday’s Democratic primaries and caucus, President Donald Trump’s plans for payroll tax relief, travel concerns for theme parks and professional sports leagues closing locker rooms amid the virus outbreak make up this week’s five national stories.

Ball State prepares for coronavirus outbreak

In response to the coronavirus outbreak, Ball State has suspended all work-related travel to three countries and cancelled future study abroad programs, among other steps, according to a campus wide email sent out March 5.
