If you’re someone who has a “unique” name, you probably know the mortal embarrassment of roll call on the first day of school. I grew up memorizing my place in the roll call list, and the moment the teacher would falter, I knew my time had come.

Huntley dedicates success against Eastern Michigan to his son

 Ball State Football (1-1 MAC) beat Eastern Michigan (0-2 MAC) 38-31, and Huntley ran for 204 yards and three rushing touchdowns. This is his sixth straight 100-yard plus game. He has also run for over 100 yards in nine of his last 10 games while scoring 12 touchdowns in his last six. He believes these performances can influence his son in years to come.

David Owsley Museum of Art updates its collection website

With the coronavirus pandemic, many organizations around campus had to make some operational changes, including the David Owsley Museum of Art (DOMA), which updated its website — making it more user-friendly by sharing its collection online with students, researchers and others interested in the artwork.

SGA parliamentarian amendment fails

On Nov. 11, Ball State Student Government Association (SGA) voted against the amendment about increasing the parliamentarian’s duties, presented at the Nov. 4 meeting.
