A former Ball State student who allegedly choked a store clerk at a Muncie Goodwill and tried to forcibly convert people to Islam has had the charges against him dropped.
A former Ball State student is behind bars after he allegedly raped a female student while she was intoxicated, according to the probable cause affidavit.
Four people were arrested Wednesday afternoon after Muncie and Indianapolis Metropolitan Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant in the 500 block of Streeter Avenue.
Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigations were at the Muncie Sanitary District Engineering Office on Kilgore Avenue Thursday morning.

Police seized drugs and cash which spawned a separate investigation from the Marion County investigation.
