Akili raises $30.5 million for ADHD Video Game

Akili Interactive Labs Inc. in Boston is developing a video game that is believed to have the ability to replace pills as treatment for ADHD (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.) They hope to run a large trial to gain approval from the FDA in 2017. The game, known as Project: EVO, makes players explore a virtual world and select certain items, while avoiding other objects.
