Ball State men's volleyball finished its two-game East Coast road trip with a 3-0 (25-18, 25-22, 25-22) win over Sacred Heart (3-1) to improve to 6-1 on the season and increase its winning streak to four games.
The Cardinals had four players with 10 or more kills as they improve to 5-1 on the season.

Down 11-8 in the third set, the Cardinals went on a 3-0 run to tie the match but weren’t able to ever regain the lead as Western Michigan defeated Ball State 3-0 (25-19, 25-19, 25-17) to eliminate the Cardinals in the first round.

When Ball State women’s volleyball plays Bowling Green State University and Miami (Ohio) this weekend, plenty of long rallies should be in store. Down two sets to none and trailing 20-15 in the third set to Youngstown State, junior outside hitter Sabrina Mangapora stepped on the court for her first regular season match in nearly two years. She contributed a kill and back-to-back service aces to help bring Ball State back within two in a crucial third set.
