Not every student lives in the residence halls, and commuting students can face unique challenges. So freshmen students who commute to campus from any distance are assigned a commuter ambassador (CA). Similar to a residence assistance (RA), CAs help students adjust to life in college and can give tips on how to make the next four years the best they can be.

Seven Cardinals named Academic All-MAC

Awards keep rolling in for Ball State baseball as seven Cardinals were named to the Academic All-Mid-American Conference team. Junior first baseman Caleb Stayton led the Cardinals both on the field and in the classroom.

Hillary Clinton has clinched the Democratic Party's nomination, making her the first female in American history to earn a major political party's nominee. And according to a recent Washington Post/ABC News survey, Republican nominee and opponent, Donald Trump has been losing support over the last month. Just by getting the nomination, Clinton made history. A look into the future of the possibility of a female-led nation brings up questions of feminism: What is it, and can men be feminists too?

Ball State football coach Mike Neu had a simple message for the local middle and high school students at the Boys and Girls Club Youth Leadership Boot Camp. “Our world needs difference-makers, and young people like you need to do something about it,” he said. “This right here is doing something about it.”
