The Ball State men’s volleyball team dropped its match against the No. 4 UCLA Bruins 3-0 at Pauley Pavilion on March 7. UCLA ran a two-setter offense, a system that many college offenses do not run anymore. “We haven’t seen that in a long time, in men’s volleyball period,” head coach Joel Walton said.
In the last game of the regular season, Ball State traveled to Northern Illinois University for a matchup with a potential top-four seed in the Mid-American Conference tournament on the line.
