Foodie Friday allows chef to be creative, connect with students

Foodie Friday was started in fall 2015 and features a unique dish that is cooked in front of students, such as creamy pumpkin pasta or pulled pork nachos. Chef Stepfanie Miller started at Ball State’s Quiznos in 2012 before becoming the chef at Elliott.

PREVIEW: Ball State women's basketball vs. Purdue

In-state bragging rights are on the line Thursday night when Ball State women's basketball hosts Purdue. The Cardinals (5-2) already have two decisive wins over in-state opponents Butler (74-50, Dec. 4) and Evansville (84-49, Nov. 16), but the Boilermakers (5-4) will test a Ball State offense that's among the NCAA's leaders.
