Ninety-six percent of the graduate students at the center have participated in community service this year, Steve Jones, director of the Center for Information and Communication Sciences, said. As Ball State University seniors prepare for commencement, many staff members working in L.A. Pittenger Student Center are preparing to temporarily move out of the building following graduation to make room for renovations. Bruce Morgan, director of the Student Center and programs, said Monday that Parking Services, Student Legal Services, International Programs and all the programming offices, such as Late Nite and University Programs Board, will move their offices elsewhere on campus to clear room for the first of two phases of the renovation scheduled to begin in June.
