Youth Opportunity Center (YOC), shown above, Kennedy Library, ecoREHAB of Muncie, Inc. and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Muncie received grants from The Solar Uniting Neighbors Program to help purchase solar panels to offset electrical costs. The panels at YOC power 15 percent of the facility, and they plan to buy more panels if the opportunity arrises.
