Rural residents make their own internet access

Internet. According to the United Nations, it’s a human right. ISPs (Internet Service Providers), however, don’t seem to be in much of a hurry to get access out to everyone. According to the FCC, about 19 million people in the United States do not have access to broadband internet. Places like Kentucky and Maryland have stopped waiting for ISPs to give them access and have started taking matters into their own hands.

'Look What You Made Me Do' says goodbye to the old Taylor Swift

“Look What You Made Me Do” starts off as a promising clap back to the media and the multiple people who have crossed Taylor Swift. With angsty verses and a driving pre-chorus, the song has plenty of potential but is ultimately a let down due to its lackluster chorus.

'Science Fiction' by Brand New: the end of an era

"Here's some advice: if you want to get your house party hoppin' with some angsty emo, don't put this record on. Its slow progressions and stripped back production don't lend themselves well to anyone who isn't fully invested in the music. 'Science Fiction' deals with big themes like nuclear war and self-harm in incredibly nuanced ways, and for that reason, patience is highly suggested."
