Ball State falls to 12-11 after 2 MIVA losses

The Ball State Men's Volleyball team had a tough stretch of road matches this weekend, dropping two Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association matches to Lindenwood and Quincy.

Students explore intersection of comics, religion in immersive learning class

In comics, heroes triumph over villains or they fall victim to defeat. A superhero’s identity could be known, but not what lies underneath. Fourteen Ball State students tore off the real mask and joined Representing Religion in Comics, a special immersion class taught by Associate Professor of religious studies Jeffrey Bracket. The class also attended Indianapolis Comic Con on Sunday, March 15 as panel speakers for the class.

Gymnastics ties for 6th at MAC Championships

The Cardinals scored a 193.2, lower than last year's event score of 193.97. Ball State ended the regular season with a 3-10 record, an improvement from their 2014 record of 2-13.

Cardinals open MAC play with shutout

On March 20, Ball State (13-7) and Bowling Green (5-11) met for the first time this year, starting both their three game series and conference play for both clubs. The early going was a defensive showcase for both teams. Ball State pitcher sophomore Zach Plesac played spectacularly and got off to a fast start, striking out two Falcons in the first inning.
