In a campus-wide email sent 10 p.m. Monday night, Alan Finn, Ball State vice president for business affairs, said all on-campus classes scheduled to begin before 10 a.m. Feb. 16 won't occur in-person due to inclement weather.
"All on-campus courses scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. or after will be held subject to the discretion of each instructor," the email said.
Dining facilities will open at their scheduled times and all essential employees should report to work as scheduled.
Non-faculty personnel who work on campus should report to work at 10 a.m., the email said.

Azzarello was extinguished and rushed away by emergency services. He is in critical condition at Weill Cornell Medicine - Burn Center, according to a press conference held by the New York Police Department (NYPD).
