Ball State men's tennis lost 4-2 to Western Michigan in the semifinal of the Mid-American Conference Tournament.

In doubles action, seniors Andrew Stutz and Lucas Andersen lost in the first flight 6-3. In the second flight, sophomores Conner Andersen and Tom Carney lost 6-2. The Broncos took the doubles point, 1-0.

In singles action, Lucas Andersen won his first-flight match in two sets. While in the second-flight, Stutz lost in two straight sets (6-1, 6-0). In the third flight, sophomore Nemanja Guzina lost in two sets (6-4, 7-5).

In the fourth flight of singles matches, sophomore Marko Guzina 7-5, 6-3. The fifth flight was unfinished in the second set. In the sixth flight, senior Patrick Downs lost in straight sets (6-2, 6-4).

The Cardinals finish the season with a record of 13-13 and 2-5 in the MAC.
