Friday Midday Weather Update - November 6, 2015

MUNCIE, IN (NewsLink Indiana) -- Temperatures have been well above average the past couple of days with highs in the lower to mid 70s. However, temperatures will drop down to near average for this time of year. We had a cold front move through Thursday evening and Friday morning bringing with it about 0.22 in of rain here in Muncie and leaving us with cooler temperatures. Expect temperatures to be in the upper 50s throughout Friday afternoon and have mostly cloudy skies. Saturday we will see the clouds start to break up and we will reach a high of only 53 degrees. Overnight Saturday and into Sunday high pressure will move into our area giving us clear skies on Sunday, but we will only reach around 50 degrees. Skies will continue to be clear into Monday and we will see temperatures begin to increase where we will reach a high of 54 degrees. Tuesday and Wednesday we will see clouds start to make their way back into our area with highs around 60 degrees. Overnight Wednesday and into Thursday we will see mostly cloudy skies with a chance for rain on Thursday with only a high of 55 degrees.
