For the second time in three years, Sbarro filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization March 10.
Last month, the company closed down 155 of its United States locations, according to The Associated Press. The New York-based company has about 800 locations globally.
The Atrium has the pizza chain’s only location in Muncie. Jon Lewis, director of campus dining services, could not be reached for comment on the future of the university’s restaurant.
