Tickets for the highly anticipated event Dave + Oprah will go on sale Saturday.
Students may pick up two tickets between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the John R. Emens Auditorium Box Office. Students must have their student IDs and an additional student ID for a second ticket.
The university delayed distribution of the tickets from the original date of Nov. 7 due to “anticipated demand” and to ensure the sale would not disrupt class schedules.
Faculty and staff may pick up tickets from 1-3 p.m. Sunday.
Members of the public can pick up tickets while supplies last, starting at 9 a.m. Monday.
There is no cost for admission, but all student tickets must have a student ID at the event.
University alumnus David Letterman and media icon Oprah Winfrey will visit Ball State on Nov. 26. Pruis Hall will telecast the event live. The box office will distribute general admission tickets for Pruis Hall when Emens tickets are gone.
