Ball State's plan to use eminent domain to acquire Hiatt Printing is gaining input from students today during a live program that will air on WCRD.
Students are encouraged to submit questions via Twitter by tagging @bsudailynews or commenting on this article.
Two of the three main players in this discussion will be on the air at 5 p.m.
Chris Hiatt of Hiatt Printing and Dan Biersdorf, the lead attorney at Biersdorf & Associates, will be part of the live program. Hiatt will be in the studio and Biersdorf will be over the phone.
The law firm focuses specifically on eminent domain issues regarding the Fifth Amendment.
Ball State Vice President of Business Affairs, Randy Howard, will have a pre-recorded interview at 1:30 p.m.
