Candy Corn Cocktail
When made properly, this cocktail will mimic the colored layers of candy corn — yellow, orange and white.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. pineapple vodka
- 1.5 oz. orange sherbet, softened
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. milk
- 1 oz. simple syrup
Directions
1. Shake ice, pineapple vodka and pineapple juice together and strain over ice.
2. Shake orange sherbet and ice. Strain and layer over the pineapple mixture.
3. Shake simple syrup and milk together. Layer over sherbet mixture.

Shrunken Heads in Cider
Hosting a large Halloween party? Scare guests with shrunken heads floating in the punch bowl.
Ingredients
- 2 cups lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 8 apples
- 2 gallons apple cider
- 2 (12-ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 cups spiced rum
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
2. Mix lemon juice and salt in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
3. Peel apples and cut each in half. Remove seeds and core. Carve a face on the rounded side of each half.
4. Place apples in lemon mixture for one minute, then drain on paper towels.
5. Place apples face-side up on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 90 minutes.
6. Combine cider, lemonade and rum in a large bowl. Float shrunken apple heads on top.

Ingredients
- 5-.75 oz. Peach Schnapps
- 1-2 tbsp. Baileys
- 1 tsp. Grenadine
Directions
1. Float Baileys on top.
2. Drop 1 tsp of grenadine through the Baileys.
