Several spend night in line for Palin in C. Ind.

CARMEL, Ind. — Several people spent the night sitting on the floor of a central Indiana store so they would be at the front of the line for a book signing by former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin.

Palin is scheduled to greet fans and sign copies of her book "America By Heart" at the Carmel Meijer store Thursday evening. The Carmel visit is the only one in Indiana listed on Palin's Facebook page.

WISH-TV reports the first Palin fans lined up Wednesday evening and several stayed there overnight.

Hundreds of people turned out at stores in Fort Wayne and Noblesville last year when Palin signed copies of her bestseller, "Going Rogue."

The former Alaska governor has hinted that she's considering a 2012 presidential run.
