For students that need a ride to the Indianapolis International Airport, Ball State University will offer shuttle service May 7 and May 8, with various departure times to provide flexibility. The service is open for students, faculty and staff.
Those who plan to travel can make reservations at the airport shuttle service website. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the desired departure time. One-way fees are $55 and can be paid online with a credit card.
It is advised to schedule a shuttle pickup time that is at least three hours before the flight departure time in order to give time to go through travel and airport security passage.
The University Airport Shuttle Service will pick up students at the main entrance of Park Hall and the south entrance at LaFollette Complex. A Ball State ID will be required before boarding the shuttle.
Departing passengers will be dropped off outside the main airport terminal, near the curbside check-in locations.
