A selection committee has chosen 10 students as candidates to be the next student member of Ball State University's Board of Trustees. Ebony Strong, Student Government Association secretary and head of the committee, said the committee will forward their recommendations, three of which were chosen as top candidates, to Gov. Mitch Daniels. Daniels will then approve one of the students to be the next student trustee.
Strong would not release the names of the candidates.
The chosen candidate will replace current student trustee Kellie Conrad, whose two-year term has ended.
