With most of its starters sitting on the bench for a majority of the match, the Ball State University men's volleyball team swept Carthage College tonight at Worthen Arena.
The Cardinals (11-7, 4-3 Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association) defeated the Division III team 30-23, 30-23, 32-30.
Playing in two of the three games, outside attacker Lee Meyer had a match-high nine kills. Outside attacker James Emming had eight kills, with all his kills coming in the final game.
