Below are three timelines of events as told to the Daily News by former and current members and staff of Cardinal Impact.

The timelines represent the views of Cody Willis, Beth Cahill and Kyle Ellis.

Willis gets signatures from members of his fraternity; some sign without adding address
Willis notices some addresses missing, asks Ellis if it's OK to confirm addresses and write them himself
Ellis says this does violate any election rules
Willis confirms addresses, writes them in himself
