Two university services are working together to improve cell phone coverage on campus.
Ball State Telephone Services and University Computing Services are using an online survey to collect information about the quality of cellular coverage, according to a press release.
The survey link was sent out to students, faculty and staff this week and will end March 25.
The survey's purpose is to obtain information about cell phone coverage inside and outside various campus buildings, according to the press release.
Students can find the survey online at bsu.edu/cellsurvey and will be required to use their campus username and password.
According to the press release, the survey will be used to help "assess existing coverage issues."
