On-campus viewing area designated for slate debate

Students interested in watching the Student Government Association slate debate can do so in Teachers College Rm. 102, according to a press release.

Doors will open at 8 p.m. and the debate will be aired live at 9 p.m. on Ch. 57 on campus and Ch. 61 off campus.

Elections Board Chair Marco Pretell-Vazquez said the board wanted the debate to be accessible to all students.

"I think that students would like to be there and to actually see what's going down," he said. "It makes it a little more personal."
