Gift creates minor for BSU students

Students of the Department of Technology will be able to pursue a new minor because of a gift-in-kind from Ball State University alumnus Mikel Harry, according to a press release.

The minor is called the Six Sigma Black Belt certification and will make students more marketable as problem solvers, according to the press release. Salaries for people who hold Black Belt certification is typically $5,000 to $10,000 more than those without.
