Nine Ball State University fraternities have recruited 50 members, an IFC official said.
The Interfraternity Council released the numbers Wednesday after the totals were officially counted.
Coty Calvin, Interfraternity Council vice president of public relations, said fraternities raised $1,740 in philanthropies and worked 1,533 hours of service last semester.
He said fraternity chapters on campus have an average size of 46 members. The total number of fraternity members is 460.
Sigma Chi fraternity recruited the most members with 14. Phi Delta Theta and Sigma Nu fraternities recruited the least amount of members with two.
