Ruckus has been relaunched and Betsy Mills, president of the Ball State University Student Government Association, said this was a wonderful way for students to download music for free.
MAC computer users are not able to use the service, she said, but more than 53 percent of students on campus use it.
"There's no downside," Mills said. "It's a really good service and it keeps people out of illegal downloading programs because it's advertisement-supported."
