The Extreme Flight Championships finals took place in Muncie Sunday. The Muncie Visitors Bureau held the XFC at the Academy of Model Aeronautics during the Summer Heat Festival. Attendees watched an air-show featuring pilots Michael Mancuso and Matt Chapman and sky-divers. Hot-air balloons launched throughout the weekend. Other events during the festival included the 2nd Annual Harley Bear Back Ride In, which 60 motorcycles rode in to raise money for the purchase of new body armor vests for the Delaware County Sherriff Department's K-9 units, and performances by ETC, Flynville Train, Power House and Bethany Road.
