The Ball State Foundation elected new officers at its annual board meeting in November.
Anthony Schneider, co-founder and managing director of Schneider Huse & Associates in Indianapolis, has been on the board since 1995. He was elected president of the board.
Schneider graduated from Ball State University in 1980 with a bachelor's degree in finance.
J. Richard Emens, son of former Ball State president John R. Emens, was named vice president at the same meeting.
The Ball State Foundation, comprised of 31 members, works with private investors to provide financial support for the university.
