Incoming freshmen have two more opportunities to earn scholarships from Ball State University.
The Otto W. Beebe Memorial Scholarship, named after an alumnus who died of cancer in 2000, is open to incoming freshmen or transfer students with a 3.5 or higher grade point average and an SAT score of 1,500 on the new 2,400-point scale. The scholarship is geared toward mathematical science majors. The scholarship is renewable for three years.
The White Merit Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen, with a preference to those in the Miller College of Business whose parents did not attend college.
