MEN'S GOLF Past and present Cards excel at open

Two current members and two former members of the Ball State University men's golf team are in the top 15 after three rounds at the 2004 Pepsi Indiana Open. Only one round remains in the event held at Kempen Golf Club in West Lafayette.

Both Broce and Hungate shot a tournament-low 68 on the first day. Broce followed that with a 69 and 72 for a three-round total of 209. Hungate followed it with another 68 and then a 73 for a total of 209.
