Three sophomore Ball State men's golf members competed in the 104th Indiana Amateur Championship held at Brickyard Crossing at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Austin Steele had the best finish, shooting a three round total of 220 to tie for 24th place. Steele shot a par 72 on the first round, followed by a 73 and 75.
Andy Skillman, finished with a three round total of 222 to tie for 32nd. He also had a low round of 72 during the first round.
