Freelance writer/photographer gives speech

Local photographer Ruth Chin will speak at noon today in Art and Journalism Building Room 175.

Ruth Chin was the first female staff photographer for the Muncie newspapers. Throughout her career, she has written freelance articles and taken photographs for magazines. She began taking photos when she was 9 years old.
