Studebaker West's annual human foosball tournament is set for Saturday at 9 a.m.
The game is set up as it would be in an arcade, except humans are the players. Members of the six-player teams are tied together with a rope, and teams score by kicking a ball into a goal.
The event is set up for 32 teams, and the tournament is single elimination. Each game will be broken down into two seven-minute halves. Games will be played on the north side of the Studebaker West Complex.
Along with awards for the champions, participants can win a spirit award or a sportsmanship award.
The spirit award will go to the team that shows the most team spirit, brings a large crowd and most embodies the tournament's theme "I love the '80s."
