The U.S. quarter is getting revamped again — this time with parks from each state. So now we're left wondering ... if they did city instead of state quarters, what would a Muncie or Ball State University quarter say?

Housefire on Ashland Ave.

The house at 800 Ashland Ave. caught fire Friday morning at approximately 8:00 with the Muncie Fire Department responding and having it mostly contained within an hour.

Gliding with grace

As she glided across the floor — her straight back and with perfect posture — it was clear to onlookers in the L.A. Pittenger Student Center Ballroom that Bridget Dies is a dancer at heart. Although her feet can no longer carry her across the floor, with the help of people like Melinda Kremer, Dies has found a way to dance in a wheelchair.

Harp ensemble creates melodic music

 A typical concert harp has 48 strings, stands more than six feet tall and weighs around 85 pounds. With all of the intricate details on the wood, a harp is a majestic instrument. Nineteen lined up together on a stage is breathtaking. At 3 p.m. Sunday, Ball State University's harp ensemble will be performing in Sursa Hall.
