Reiner was found dead Sunday with his wife, Michele Singer Reiner, at the home they shared in Brentwood.
Police have detained a person of interest, a man in his 20s, in connection with a shooting that killed two students and injured nine others at Brown University Saturday.
Multiple people were shot at Brown University in Rhode Island on Saturday night, according to the Providence Police Department.
