Muncie police officer dead following 'lengthy battle with illness'

The City of Muncie Facebook group announced the death of Muncie Police Department (MPD) officer Josiah Mauller via the social media platform Nov. 6. The post stated that Mauller died after “a brave and lengthy battle with illness.”
