An increase of fights at Muncie Central High School prompted administrators to make some changes. The school district moved away from the old zero-tolerance policy, which stated any student involved in a fight was arrested and suspended.
With his outwardly progressive political platform and "no-nonsense" rhetorical style, Bernie Sanders has gone from a typically niche political personality to a driving force within the Democratic Party.
Active Minds is working to make finals week a little less stressful for students. From December 7 to 11, Active Minds is hosting their second annual Stress Less Week, an awareness campaign where students can participate in stress relief activities to relieve anxiety about final exams and the end of the semester. The theme of Stress Less Week is “Laugh More.” The campaign highlights the social and emotional benefits of laughter and how to incorporate more laughter into daily life.
As of the 2015-2016 school year, Ball State is no longer charging students for graduating outside of the preferred four-year window.
