Slow start, turnovers key in Ball State's loss to Western Michigan

A slow start proved to be too much for Ball State to overcome as it dropped its second Mid-American Conference game of the season on Saturday.

Turnovers doom Ball State women’s basketball as the Cardinals fall to Buffalo

It was an afternoon of miscues inside Worthen Arena on Saturday. The usually crisp-passing Ball State women’s basketball team coughed up 23 turnovers in a loss to Buffalo (13-3, MAC 4-1) 84-80.

Defending MAC Champs come into Lewellen to face Cardinals

This weekend, Ball State men’s swimming and diving will face defending Mid-American Conference champs Eastern Michigan. Head swimming coach Bob Thomas said this meet is a great place to face a team like Eastern.

The Muncie community is coming together to host events in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. While not every event will be hosted Monday, each is meant to promote togetherness and acceptance.

Ball State gymnastics team made a huge statement last weekend in scoring the highest season-opening score in over 10 years. In addition, the Cardinals season opener was enough to give them a No. 17 rank in the nation.

Ball State Angels for Life tops Indiana Blood Center college donors

As the new year starts, the Indiana Blood Center remembered one Ball State organization that filled its 2017 with donations.

The Cardinals only lost a hand full of seniors and head coach Brian Etelman said 28 out of 35 runners on the roster are freshmen and sophomores. The team will open the season at the Kentucky Invitational this weekend.
